New Patient Information
At Esplanade Dental Care, new patients are always welcome! Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re interested in scheduling an appointment. Before arriving, we do ask that you take the time to read the following information so that you know what to expect. Dr. Albert and Dr. Snow want every patient to feel fully confident in their decision to visit us in Downers Grove, IL.
Your First Visit
Upon arriving, patients will be greeted warmly at the front desk and then escorted back from the waiting room so that we can capture a full set of dental X-rays. During this process, one of our hygienists will enjoy taking the time to get to know you and your reasons for visiting. Dr. Albert or Dr. Snow will then arrive, introduce themselves, and sit down to discuss all of the hygienist’s findings with you. They’ll also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If the patient is in need of a cleaning, that will be the next step. Finally, the treatment coordinator will bring the patient to our consultation room, where we will discuss any services we deem necessary with you and devise a personalized plan of action. Our goal at the end of the appointment is to have a certain plan in place for future treatment and a brighter future on the horizon for your smile.
